PORTLAND BAND NOIR CITY
Rock, jazz, soul, trip-hop and the avant-garde come together in a unique blend with NOIR CITY. With influences that range from Miles Davis to Massive Attack, from Blondie to Garbage, Portland-based band NOIR CITY makes original music that is played with high energy, creative musicianship, and genre-hopping ease.

NOIR CITY includes Jordan Chin on vocals, Jason Bolt on guitar, Josh Mathis on bass, Eric Waetjen on keyboard, and Scott Appleman on drums. NOIR CITY is currently playing a variety of clubs in the Portland and Seattle area.
